Email Signature Pro App Reviews

I bought this app not only for how cool it is but for efficiency. This app is definitely not efficient. You have to go into the app and compose the email there or go into the app and copy the signature to paste it. Huge waste of time when sending emails from your phone. Please fix this. It has an option for composing all new mail in the app buy it doesnt work.

Great product. When is the iPad version coming out?

This app customizes your email signature in a way that cannot be surpassed using any desktop computer based email program. For business people, it is a must have. UPDATE SEPT 2011 Still an awesome program. I have not found another program like it. UPDATE: After using this program for a few months, I find it indispensable. Neither outlook or Apple Mail on my Mac works as well! Great program!

Ability to add your own 32x32 sized icons for any link Universal app?

The app is ok but it is not flexible enough to make a signature that mirrors a companys standardized signature block. The block layout is not configurable as far as where the image goes, also signatures cannot be associated with specific email accounts. When sending an email using the custom signature the email has to be originated from the signature application which is not optimal. Overall this is a nice application but really only useful for casual use.

It is a decent app if you feel like copying and pasting your signature every time you reply to an e-mail. Kinda a waste of time and my money. Other than that feature it is a decent app.

This is a very helpful app if you send emails from different email accounts as I do. It works seamlessly, but only as a separate app, which means that you need to start creating your email from the Email Signature Pro app. There are a few things that would make it better. a. Embed this in the Mail app so that I can associate a signature with the particular email account that Im using. Otherwise, I have to go to this app, and start my email from there. b. Landscape mode is not available on the iPad. This is a simple fix, and should be done right away.

Still cannot easily get around apples on signature for multiple email accounts. This program does not solve anything useful for someone using the iPhone for both biz and personal management.

This app is just what I was looking for. It picks up the ball where other signature apps have dropped it. Great job guys.

This is a good app and quite thorough. I only wish three things of it: 1. That you could arrange the texts fields yourself (primary and secondary locations.) 2. That you could choose a size for your header/footer image. 3. You could attach a link to your avatar image. (like header image) My avatar/logo is short and long, so it would be better to have my primary text box underneath it. The header image is much too large to use for my logo placement. Its overpowering.

With about 9 email accounts piping into my iPhone this is just what I needed to have professional email signatures for the various personal and business email accounts. Works just fine based on the limitations of the iPhone operating system and Ive had several compliments and enquireries about my signature and how I did it. Keep up the good work!

Has done everything I need it to do and more! Amazing App, Amazing support! Want to know how its done, watch these guys, one of the best out there, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I have had a useful signature for over a year- people cant tell if I send email from my iPad, phone or desk! Keep up the good work!

I just bought this app thinking it would bring a more professional look to my emails. I sent out a few test emails and the icons/pictures dont show up. They show up on desktop, but not handheld devices. You would think they would know that in this day and age everyone has handhelds with email especially business men. What a waste. I would give this 5 stars if it actually worked. Please fix so Ill feel better about giving you 5 bucks!

Please Allow us to make the Picture bigger!! Its too small and it makes it look awkward... Other than that I actually think the product is okay. Allows us to have bigger pictures and Ill rate this a 5!!!! Thank you!

This is a great app. I use it and suggest it to clients. Allows me to have multiple signatures for different accounts. While you can export the HTML files to get the signatures on your desktop, it would be awesome if they made a version for Mac Lion that works with Mac Mail and Outlook for Mac.

Why bother with an app that forces you to cut and paste into email. I could do that already

Great app - used since launch. Thanks for keeping it updated - this is the ONLY software out there that adds custom signatures w/ images so easy!!! Two requests: 1. iPad App (or make images larger) 2. How about a Hi-Res icon? That icon on an iPad screen is terrible - on my new iPad Retina even worse

This was great but after new update nothing works

Worked like a charm until the update. Nice changes but now force closes whenever I add a signature to email. Copy to clipboard works fine. Compose email within app also works fine. I use it for business, can we get an iPad native version?
